Participation Waiver
By joining class, you acknowledge you’re voluntarily participating in yoga with Merrily McDonald and agree to take responsibility for your body, modifying or skipping movements that don’t feel safe.
You affirm you’ve consulted your healthcare provider and have clearance to participate in prenatal movement and breathing practices. Yoga is not a substitute for medical care.
By attending, you release Merrily McDonald from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage during or after class, online or in person.
