Practice with Presence

I have been teaching yoga for more than twenty years, trained directly by Jonny Kest — one of the foremost American students of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. My practice and teaching carry forward this living lineage, grounded in breath, presence, and compassion.

Over the years, I’ve guided students through different seasons of life, always holding space for modifications, discovery, and joy on the mat. This is not just exercise; it’s a practice that weaves into daily life, guiding us back to steadiness and clarity.
