Meet Your Guide

I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years, and I’m an E-RYT 500 teacher with specialized training in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Recovery, and Yoga Nidra. But what really shapes my teaching is life itself. I lead with breath, honesty, and care — creating space for softness, strength, and connection.

If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. You’re welcome here exactly as you are.

By signing this form or submitting your interest, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in Prenatal Yoga classes with Merrily McDonald. You understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, and awareness.

As with any physical activity, you agree to take full responsibility for your own body, and to modify or skip movements that do not feel safe. You affirm that you’ve consulted with your healthcare provider and have received clearance to participate in prenatal movement and breathing practices.

You understand that the teacher is not a medical professional and that the practices offered are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you agree to stop immediately and seek appropriate support.

By participating, you release Merrily McDonald from any and all liability related to injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after class, whether occurring online or in person.
